Silver Galleto is a member of the Cloverdale Rancheria of Pomo Indians and a longtime advocate for Tribal health, leadership, and cultural revitalization.
His life’s work reflects a deep commitment to serving Indigenous communities through governance, healthcare, mentorship, and traditional arts.
Serving Tribal Communities
For many years, Silver has worked to improve the lives of California Tribal communities through advocacy, leadership, and service. His work has included advancing Tribal healthcare initiatives, supporting economic development, and representing Tribal voices at the local, state, and national levels.
With extensive experience in Tribal healthcare leadership and many years serving in Tribal government, Silver has dedicated his career to strengthening community wellness, opportunity, and self-determination for Indigenous people.

Silver believes that cultural revitalization is essential to strengthening Indigenous communities. Through his passion for traditional basket weaving and the founding of Pomo Weavers Society, he works to help preserve and share traditional knowledge with future generations.
His commitment to culture is rooted in the belief that reconnecting with traditional practices honors ancestors while helping communities move forward with strength, pride, and identity.
Creed1 was founded from a vision of creating stronger pathways for Indigenous communities through leadership, mentorship, advocacy, and cultural empowerment. The organization reflects Silver’s ongoing commitment to uplifting people through service, opportunity, and community-centered initiatives.
